#Resource Pack Setup
Blockcade contains its own resource pack inside the plugin JAR. On startup it is extracted to:
plugins/Blockcade/resource-pack/blockcade-pack.zip
No UltimateUI purchase or separate pack download is required.
#Recommended production setup
Upload blockcade-pack.zip to a public HTTPS address and configure:
renderer:
mode: AUTO
resource-pack:
enabled: true
external-url: 'https://cdn.example.com/blockcade-pack.zip'
required: false
fallback-to-legacy: true
send-on-join: true
Restart the server after changing resource pack hosting. The plugin calculates and sends the correct SHA-1 automatically.
#Built-in host
The built-in HTTP host is useful for local testing:
renderer:
resource-pack:
host:
enabled: true
bind-address: '0.0.0.0'
public-host: 'play.example.com'
port: 8163
Open the port in your firewall and router. public-host must be reachable by players; 127.0.0.1 only works for a client on the same machine.
#Required versus optional
required: falselets players decline. With fallback enabled, they receive the legacy renderer.required: trueuses Minecraft's required-pack behavior.fallback-to-legacy: falseprevents starting until the pack reports a successful load.
The selected renderer is decided when a game session starts. If a pack finishes loading during a legacy session, stop and reopen the game.
